We want you to love your Broadway gear, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed apparel within 30 days of purchase. Please note that certain limited edition show memorabilia may be marked as final sale.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items in their original packaging.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; please ensure the barcode is clearly visible for scanning upon arrival.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse team inspects the returned merchandise, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days.
